We are looking for a skilled Office Administrator to come on board on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a part time role, 4 days a week. This person will have excellent attention to detail and experience using Microsoft Excel.
Great opportunity for someone to use their advanced knowledge of Excel, and high attention to detail in order to generate reports and cross check over client agreements to ensure compliance is in place.
As an Office Administrator you will be part of a global recruitment agency in Melbourne's CBD.
- Overseeing compliance documents and ensuring that all details are correct
- Be responsible for reporting and generating data using an Excel spreadsheet
- Follow up with consultants if any issues arise
- Transferring data into reports
- Excellent MS Excel Skills - Vlookups, some basic formulas, sorting, sub totalling, and pivot tables
- Experience in generating data using excel spreadsheet
- 2-3 years experience in corporate environment
- Great attention to detail
- Experience with in Administration and Reporting
This opportunity as a Office Administrator is a 12 month role, covering a maternity leave with an immediate start.
