A global company is looking for a Customer Service / Admin Assistant to join their office in Thornton. This is a great opportunity to work locally and in a small team. This is a part time position (20 hours) with the view to going full time in about eight months.
- Provide general administrative support for the office
- Manage incoming calls and answer customers queries
- Order processing and assist sales team to ensure that the products have been sent out
- Prepare documents and correspondence
- Liaise with different levels if stakeholders
- Minimum 5 year's experience in a Customer Service / Admin role
- Highly organised and able to priorities tasks
- Good communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
- MYOB preferable
