This is a temp to perm opportunity for to work for a leading global real-estate service provider. The Team Administrator will provide support to the sales team by ensuring that key deliverable are delivered in an effective and efficient manner. As a Team Administrator, you will be a part of a close-knit team, working in a friendly and professional environment which will allow you to further enhance your skill-set and experience.
Full training will be provided. Mon-Fri 8:30am- 5:30pm. Melbourne CBD location.
- Supporting the sales team by performing general administrative duties
- Raising fees and invoices
- Posting online listings on the company's website and other external websites
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Processing settlement documentation
- General office upkeep and maintenance
Skills and Experience:
- Experience within a similar role and knowledge of the property/real estate industry
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and have the initiative to improve processes for the team's success
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong team player
