Fantastic opportunity to join a leading marketing agency in Sydney CBD as a temporary receptionist and office coordinator. This is an ongoing temporary position reporting into the EA to CEO.
- Switchboard management
- Act as the face of the company
- Manage and book couriers
- Order office supplies
- Ad hoc travel and accommodation booking
- Other administration tasks
- Immaculate presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist or team assistant in a corporate environment
- High attention to detail
- A can do, team player attitude
- A pro-active approach
