The Administration assistant will be responsible for completing ad-hoc administration and customer service tasks while supporting the customer experience team. The company is a well know retail organisation in Richmond.
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for the support of a customer experience team with a well known organisation. This Administration Assistant position is a ongoing temporary opportunity. Excellent opportunity for a working holiday visa looking for an immediate start ongoing contract role. Position starting as soon as tomorrow.
- Arrange for the distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide efficient, accurate and timely scanning for all incoming and outgoing documents
- Ad-hoc administration duties
- Customer Service
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proficient across the Microsoft Office suite
- Efficiency and experience working with different database systems
- Experience working with Zendesk (Not essential)
