The Opportunity

Customer service role leading the digital live chat for a leading health insurance organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via live chat
  • Identify customer needs and provide information to support their inquiries
  • Maintain a polite, helpful and professional manner
  • Liaise with colleagues to find best solutions to customer issues
  • Obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues to improve service

The Successful Candidate:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Self motivated to learn and develop professional experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service
