We are seeking a high level Office Administrator to join a fast-paced and professional team. This opportunity is an initial 3 month contract on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.
Located in the Adelaide CBD, you will be assisting the wider team with various administration duties, your main responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls
- Data entry
- Diary management
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Front of house reception duties
- Organising incoming and out going mail
- Setting up the board room and meeting rooms
- Organising couriers
- Stationary orders
- Support with catering as required
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in Administration
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
