About The Role:
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role provides financial and administration support to the wider finance team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Checking and releasing customer orders to the GSM warehouse
• Raising invoices and assistance with other financial tasks
• Assisting customers with enquiries and providing customer service support via phone and email
• Liaise with the GSM warehouse staff, internal and external stakeholders
• General administration duties such as filing, accounting and dispatching orders
Skills and Experience:
• This role will ideally suit an individual with 2+ year's experience in an administration and/or financial support role
• Experience with the following programs is not essential but will be highly regarded; Wiise/Dynamic, EDI, Online web sales platform
• Proficient with the MS Suite
• Retail/wholesale and high-volume based work experience is highly regarded
• As this is a fast-paced role with a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, you should be highly organised and self-disciplined, be able to multi-task and prioritise your time and be able to work well under pressure
• Driven nature with eagerness to understand GSM, their products and manuals
