The Opportunity
A great opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic customer service officer to work in a friendly office environment in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. – enjoy no commute to the CBD. You will be responsible for ensuring the success and advocacy of client. Providing end-to-end coordination of sales orders, communications, Support, invoices, returns, and general business support.

You will have

- Problem solving & complaint resolution skills
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
- Intermediate skills across Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook & Excel
- Can do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running
Day to day
- Provide friendly and professional responses to customer queries and complaints
- Raising supplier purchase orders and processing stock receipts
- Accurately entering customer orders
- Processing shipping documentation
- Answering and directing incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner
