This role offers a competitive remuneration package for an experienced Contracts Administrator who is well-versed in new house & land contracts or residential sales.

Located in Brisbane's Inner Suburbs, this progressive, multi-award winning property investment and mortgage advisory company are seeking a contracts administrator on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the service level agreement and contracts management process
• Maintain the current high standard of contracts in terms of accuracy, relevance and appropriateness
• Manage buyer EOI's and deposits paid for all new house & land and established property purchases
• Conduct research, analytics and due diligence on the property on behalf of the client
• Manage key dates and milestones in line with the executed build contracts
• Manage contract settlement conditions and the terms on conditions of build contracts between all parties involved
• Coordinate with internal lending team and external stakeholders managing progress payment checkpoints
• Manage and coordinate staged site inspections on behalf of the client
• Coordinate settlement between in-house finance team and legal partners.
• Provide administrative support and management to the Buyers Advocacy division
• Post-contract customer satisfaction services

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a contract management role
• Strong knowledge of contract management processes and techniques
• Ability to use and set up MS Excel, Database and reporting systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of government legislation, audit regulations and legal obligations
• Positive customer service driven attitude
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• High level interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
