As the Executive Assistant you will offer skilled administrative support to the General Managers of Sales & Marketing and Service Operations. Additionally, this role manages visitor interactions, notifies staff of arrivals, and oversees daily operations at the Customer Experience Centre.
Based in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide, we are seeking an experienced Administration Officer in a full time permanent position. Reporting to the Service Manager you will have experience working in a process driven environment and supporting internal departments across varied administration tasks.

You will report to the Customer Service Manager and lead a team of 4 Customer Service Consultants. You will work within a small, experienced team which supports the external sales team and customer base.
