We invite expressions of interest from talented individuals at ASO2 to ASO3 levels. We are seeking individuals with a proven background in accounts, payroll and data entry who can operate in a fast paced, high volume and changing environment, add value through their strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement and display drive and initiative.

  • All applicants must possess a current National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 12 months)
  • Must be able to provide 2 satisfactory references
  • Must have appropriate right to work in Australia
  • These positions are temporary, providing flexibility and encompassing a diverse range of tasks, spanning from a few weeks to several months.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level administrative and accounts support
  • Executing precise data entry with meticulous attention to detail
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Responding to phone inquiries promptly and accurately, offering assistance when needed

Requirements:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven track record in customer service and administration
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • National Police Clearance obtained within the last 12 months (a copy must be provided)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable experience and skills:

  • Previous familiarity with CHRIS21 and Basware is advantageous
  • Prior experience working within State Government
