An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Motor Claims Consultant to join a dynamic team in Fortitude Valley. This role offers the chance to work within a professional environment where you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of motor fleet claim files, including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your strong customer service experience skills in a supportive and energetic team environment.

What you'll do:

As a Motor Claims Consultant, you will play an integral role in managing motor fleet claim files from start to finish. This includes assessing, investigating, and resolving claims while liaising with various stakeholders such as clients, claimants, and service providers. You will also be tasked with providing insightful analysis of claims when needed and preparing necessary correspondence to advance or resolve claims. Regular review and update of claims information will be part of your daily responsibilities. Your advanced Excel and Word skills will be put to good use in managing data effectively.

  • End-to-end management of motor fleet claim files, including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution
  • Liaising with clients, claimants, and service providers
  • Providing analysis of claims as required
  • Preparing necessary correspondence to advance/resolve claims
  • Regularly reviewing and updating claims information as required
  • Utilising advanced Excel and Word skills to manage and organise data effectively

Her excellent communication skills allow her to liaise effectively with all stakeholders involved in the claims process. She is proficient in using advanced Excel and Word tools to manage data efficiently. Her highly developed interpersonal skills enable her to work well within a team setting while her ability to be self-motivated ensures she produces high standard work with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Experience in motor claims management is highly desirable
  • Strong customer service experience is essential
  • Proven stakeholder management skills are required
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills are necessary
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are crucial
