Customer Service Representative

The Opportunity:

We have a 3 month contract opportunity to join a startup business as it launches into the Australian market. You’ll find yourself in a ‘start-up’ and agile working environment where you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

You will be responsible for interacting with customers, resolving queries and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth operations and positive customer experiences.

This contract role will be remote/hybrid, with an office in Melbourne East suburbs.

Day to Day:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Interact with customers regarding accounts, orders, deliveries, product information and general enquiries triage.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders such as Sales Representatives, Accounts
  • Receivable and Operations as necessary to resolve customer enquiries.
  • Liaise with logistics providers to ensure orders make shipping and delivery commitments.
  • Ad-hoc administration and operational support as required

The successful candidate will also have:

  • NetSuite (essential) and Salesforce (desirable)
  • Pharmaceutical or start-up/small business experience (preferred)
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and have a solutions-focused approach
  • Proven Customer service and operational administration experience (minimum 2 to 3 years)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook and be generally systems savvy
