Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Administration Support Officer to join their team for a 16 month contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Governance and Risk team, with a focus on legal compliance activities. The successful candidate will have advanced formatting skills and legal secretary experience, which will be highly regarded.

The role is based on the city fringe of Adelaide, offering easy access to local amenities.

What you'll do:

As an Administration Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Governance and Risk team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support
  • Coordinating legal compliance activities
  • Managing department registers and maintaining the legal database
  • Processing accounting activities
  • Acting as a liaison for senior management
  • Maintaining team calendars
  • Responding to requests for legal assistance
  • Providing support for contracts lodged within the register.

What you will bring:

The ideal candidate for this role brings professionalism, integrity, and a sound knowledge of administrative procedures to the table. You have experience in a similar role, providing comprehensive administrative support and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously. Your strong communication skills enable you to act as a liaison for senior management and external customers, while your experience in managing databases and registers ensures efficient record-keeping. An understanding of legal compliance activities will be beneficial in this role.
