An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join a globally recognised brand. This is a contract opportunity with the likelihood of becoming permanent. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, providing administrative support and ensuring effective record keeping in line with program objectives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing needs and requirement

As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Program team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring and updating systems for tracking and reporting, supporting governance through various tasks such as taking meeting minutes, organising meetings, and managing actions. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective record keeping to support program objectives. Effective communication with stakeholders will be key to your success in this role. The ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and requirements in this dynamic work environment will be highly valued.

  • Provide administrative support working closely with the Program team
  • Monitor and update systems for accurate tracking and reporting
  • Support governance by taking meeting minutes, organising meetings, and managing actions

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Project Administrator role brings along experience from a project environment, preferably with Defence exposure. You are proficient with MS Suite which aids your strong administrative skills. Your attention to detail is impeccable which ensures accuracy in all tasks undertaken. Your excellent communication skills enable you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have the flexibility to adapt swiftly to changing needs and requirements.

  • Experience in a project environment, ideally with Defence exposure
