Lease Administrator

Robert Walters has partnered with a prominent department of the NSW State Government to find an experience Lease Administrator to join the departments Administration team on a 12 month contract.

  • Please note this position is looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible and is only open to Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents.
  • This position offers hybrid working arrangements and will be based from the Department's Parramatta offices.

As a Lease Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in assisting the Department's Leasing team with all relevant documentation and administration requirements.

This position will be heavily data entry and documentation control based and requires a candidate who can adapt to this nature of work and has an incredibly high attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lease management, lease administration, or property management is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in Government or previous experience with heavy liaison with Government departments is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
