Our client is seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team in an excellent City Fringe location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Service teams with their administrative duties, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team environment, where commitment to the company's values of integrity, customer service, accountability, respect, and enthusiasm is paramount.
What you'll do:
In this role you will be responsible for gathering and preparing client visit information and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and professionally completed will be a key part of your role.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Administrative Assistant position brings previous customer service experience within an office or similar environment. You will demonstrate diligence, quality focus, and strong work ethic. Your trustworthiness and ability to keep sensitive information confidential will be highly valued in this role.
