A leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality agricultural chemicals, with over a decade of experience, this organisation has rapidly grown to have operations across South Australia, Victoria, and New South Wales. This growth is a testament is a commitment to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. With the current head office situated just west of the city, they are moving into brand new purpose built premises in Gillman in 2025.

About the role
• As an Operations Administrator, your primary focus will be managing and providing proactive operational and administrative support to the General Manager and the wider operations team.
• This role is broad and will see you manage fleet insurance and management, raising purchase orders, equipment purchasing, file management within SharePoint and document management across business wide projects.
• There’s the opportunity to continue to diversify your skills and assist with HR administration, onboarding, recruitment and compliance over time.


Skills and experience
• The ideal candidate for the Operations Administrator role brings 2+ years of Administration experience, along with intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office 365 specifically within Excel and Adobe.
• If you have exposure to fleet management that’s a bonus! Most importantly is a service mindset and true desire to support a business run smoothly.
• You should have the ability to juggle several conflicting priorities and deadlines simultaneously, showcasing your excellent organisational skills.
• You thrive in an environment that’s ever changing and evolving due to business growth and have a customer service driven mindset.
• Previous experience working within a growing business where you can support with systems, process improvement and best practice frameworks is ideal
