About the role
• As an Operations Administrator, your primary focus will be managing and providing proactive operational and administrative support to the General Manager and the wider operations team.
• This role is broad and will see you manage fleet insurance and management, raising purchase orders, equipment purchasing, file management within SharePoint and document management across business wide projects.
• There’s the opportunity to continue to diversify your skills and assist with HR administration, onboarding, recruitment and compliance over time.
Skills and experience
• The ideal candidate for the Operations Administrator role brings 2+ years of Administration experience, along with intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office 365 specifically within Excel and Adobe.
• If you have exposure to fleet management that’s a bonus! Most importantly is a service mindset and true desire to support a business run smoothly.
• You should have the ability to juggle several conflicting priorities and deadlines simultaneously, showcasing your excellent organisational skills.
• You thrive in an environment that’s ever changing and evolving due to business growth and have a customer service driven mindset.
• Previous experience working within a growing business where you can support with systems, process improvement and best practice frameworks is ideal
