A04 Project Support Officer

Our client is seeking a highly organised and dependable A04 Project Support Officer for a 3-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating documentation and communication reviews, managing project-related events, and providing administrative support to Directors for priority vacancies, within an ICT project environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate documentation and communication reviews and approvals for the project
Manage resources and equipment for change activities
Assist in creating presentations and communications for change activities
Support meetings by taking minutes and generating reports
Schedule meetings, workshops, and other project-related events
Manage the central inbox for ICT Project ensuring they are actioned
Provide recruitment administration support to Directors for priority vacancies
Handle accommodation administration including relocation arrangements and liaising with transitional staff.

Key Requirements:
Excellent organisational skills and strong coordination abilities
Excellent verbal & oral communication skills
Experience in scheduling meetings & workshops
Proficiency in creating presentations and communications
Ability to take detailed minutes and generate reports from meeting
