A03 Claims & Services Officer

Our client is seeking multiple Claims and Services Officers to join their team, until June 2025. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the processing and review of claims within the Building & Construction Industry. With a strong focus on attention to detail, you will be responsible for comprehensive claims review, management, and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide precise and timely guidance to customers regarding portable long service leave claims
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via telephone and email
  • Apply established policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service to customers
  • Meticulously process and review customer claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain detailed file notes and records pertaining to claim processing and customer interactions
  • Integrate data across multiple systems, ensuring seamless information management and compliance with internal protocols
  • Effectively manage escalations and complaints, addressing issues promptly and professionally

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in claims processing or client services role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage proactively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to apply effective dispute resolution strategies
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy
  • Experience in maintaining meticulous records and ensuring accuracy of information
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and evolving processes
