Our client is seeking two dedicated and experienced Levies Officers to join their team. These roles offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in administration, compliance, and project data processing within a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic team. There are two vacancies, for 12 month contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and finalise levy revenue and project data
  • Reconcile project costs and update the general ledger
  • Provide stakeholders with advice on services and policies
  • Interpret and apply legislation and procedures accurately
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person
  • Support daily administrative tasks and team needs
  • Report and address compliance issues promptly
  • Suggest and implement process improvements effectively
  • Manage and maintain customer information accurately

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration and compliance
  • Ability to process and interpret project data effectively
  • Skills in suggesting improvements and maintaining positive team relationships
  • Critical thinking skills for escalation of high-risk issues
  • Strong communication skills for professional interactions via phone, email, or in person
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
