Our client, a high-performing mid-tier generalist firm, are currently seeking a Relief Legal Secretary to join their team of Relief staff. As an integral part of this team, you will provide essential support to all teams in their Melbourne office, jumping in to assist all practices as needs arise.

What you will do:

Your exciting days in this new role will never be the same, but you can expect to be:

• Diary management and travel booking
• Drafting and editing legal documentation and correspondence
• Completing end of month billing duties
• Organising client and team events
• Covering front-of-house requirements as needed

• Someone who is looking to take their first step into the legal field and gain exposure to all areas of law
• An organised, dedicated, and positive individual
• If you're a university student, you have at least three remaining years of your degree, and have the ability to work full time office hours
