Our client is seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Document Controller to join their team on a 6 month temporary or FTC basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage records and information for major projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders. * Opportunity to support on major projects * Hybrid-working * Immediate start

What you'll do:

As a Project Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing records and information for major projects. You will develop project-specific processes, implement document control procedures, and manage all document control activities on your assigned project. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial as you conduct quality & compliance checks on documents submitted by the team and external providers.

  • Manage all document control activities on assigned project including receipt, delivery and registration of documents using Aconex.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager/Delivery Manager/Manager to ensure timely and accurate processing of records and communication.
  • Build good working relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Develop project specific processes.
  • Implement document control procedures and ensure compliance with other document control.
  • Conduct quality & compliance checks on documents.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Project Document Controller position brings a wealth of experience from working in major project environments. Your ability to work collaboratively within a team environment is key, contributing positively to the culture of teamwork while taking responsibility for achieving results.

  • Significant experience in supporting Infrastructure Projects.
  • Experience using Aconex (records management & comms systems) - Essential
  • Working knowledge of Quality Assurance principles.
  • Proven experience of working with electronic records management and information systems in a project environment.
  • High level communications skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
