This part-time Office Administration role is to support smooth day-to-day office operations. Working Wednesday to Friday, this role focuses on maintaining communal spaces, welcoming visitors, and providing general administrative support. You'll join a friendly, inclusive team that values attention to detail, collaboration, and creating a positive workplace experience.

As an Office Administrator, you will be at the centre of creating a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and visitors. Your days will be filled with varied responsibilities that keep that office running smoothly, from greeting guests to coordinating courier services. Please see below for more details -

  • Maintain a clean, well-organised office environment by overseeing daily tidiness and ensuring all communal areas are inviting for staff and visitors.
  • Coordinate courier services efficiently, managing incoming and outgoing deliveries with care and attention to detail.
  • Monitor office supplies closely, keeping track of stock levels and arranging timely replenishment so that everyone has what they need.
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and set-up, ensuring spaces are prepared for productive gatherings and events.
  • Greet visitors warmly at the front desk, providing a friendly first impression and helping them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
  • Replenish and maintain the drinks fridge regularly so refreshments are always available for staff and guests.
  • Clean the coffee machine thoroughly as part of your routine duties, ensuring it remains hygienic and ready for use.
  • Empty the dishwasher daily, keeping kitchenware organised and break rooms tidy for everyone’s comfort.
  • Uphold the upkeep of break rooms by monitoring cleanliness, restocking essentials, and fostering a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Provide general administrative support across various tasks including assisting with on-boarding admin processes, facilitating internal communications with staff, and helping with expense management.
