This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable professional services organisation based in the Adelaide CBD for an experienced professional with a background in customer service, administration, or data entry. In this role, you will become an integral part of a collaborative and supportive team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service, maintaining accuracy, and fostering professional growth. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, and is available for an immediate start.

What you'll do:

As a Customer Service & Data Entry Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth interactions between customers and the business by providing assistance across multiple channels while maintaining accurate records and processing data efficiently. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges, manage documentation, and ensure all information is up-to-date and accessible. Your professionalism in handling enquiries and complaints will contribute to continuous improvement and strong team dynamics.

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Accurately process orders using internal systems while verifying details.
  • Perform high-volume data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate internal teams to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Resolve complaints empathetically to build trust with customers.
  • Prepare and manage necessary documentation in line with operational requirements.
  • Monitor data and proactively communicate updates or changes to relevant parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and communications.
  • Assist in generating reports or summaries as required by management.

What you bring:

You have experience in customer service, administration, or data entry roles, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Resilience helps you handle challenging situations calmly, while your commitment to continuous improvement makes you a valuable team member.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities for building rapport and managing challenges.
  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, or data entry roles requiring attention to detail.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry tasks within internal systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and learning CRM systems
  • Commitment to continuous improvement through process evaluation
