What you'll do:
As a Contracts Administrator based in Melbourne, you will become an integral part of the business’s contingent operations on a national scale. Your daily activities will involve managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle—from drafting initial offers through to processing amendments or terminations—while ensuring every step aligns with strict compliance protocols.
- Coordinate all administrative requirements associated with new and existing contract placements
- Preparing contracts for new offers, extensions and amendments including preparing contracts for new offers, extensions, amendments, and terminations in line with internal compliance standards.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact internal stakeholders.
- Liaise regularly with internal departments such as HR, Payroll, and Credit to ensure all onboarding requirements are met efficiently.
- Ensure clients successfully sign and return all required documentation.
- Support key account onboarding processes by adhering strictly to client agreements and business obligations.
- Assist in implementing national statutory changes including superannuation updates, modern awards adjustments, and other payroll variations as needed.
- Conduct necessary background checks on candidates including national police checks, right to work verifications, and visa status confirmations.
- Respond promptly to general enquiries via email and telephone, providing courteous assistance to clients.
- Maintain accurate records management through internal systems to ensure all client, candidate, and placement details remain current at all times.
