An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Contracts and Compliance Administrator to join a highly respected professional services firm in Melbourne. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless contract management, and upholding the highest standards of compliance across multiple business divisions. You will work in the wonderful Melbourne office within a welcoming, supportive and fun environment.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Contracts and Compliance Administrator based in Melbourne, you will play an integral role across the business by facilitating smooth contract management processes from start to finish.

  • Assist in managing key account onboarding processes.
  • Prepare all documentation for new offers, extensions, amendments, and terminations of contract placements in accordance with internal compliance requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding all matters related to contract placements.
  • Ensure all relevant compliance is completed prior to commencement of work.
  • Conduct regular audits to confirm that extensions or terminations are processed before current contracts expire.
  • Review existing contracts and compliance operating models regularly to maintain best practice throughout the organisation. Communicate and implement standardised updates to contracts and compliance procedures across the wider team and consultants to ensure consistency.
  • Coordinate national statutory changes such as superannuation updates, modern awards adjustments, and payroll variations with the team.
  • Liaise with internal departments including HR, Payroll, and Credit to streamline onboarding processes for contractors while maintaining accurate records.

What you bring:

  • Experience working in high-volume administration environments ideally within contracts or compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven capability to work efficiently under pressure while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to show initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact courteously with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Unwavering integrity combined with professionalism towards staff members as well as external stakeholders.
