- Oversee day-to-day office tasks such as invoicing, purchasing supplies, and ensuring smooth general administration processes are maintained at all times.
- Provide essential administrative support to the Senior Director and consulting teams by preparing documents, compiling reports, and managing schedules efficiently.
- Manage contract quotes and purchase orders for the contractor workforce to ensure timely processing and accurate record-keeping in line with company standards.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new contractors and address payroll queries promptly to guarantee a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.
- Administer CRM systems by onboarding candidate, client, and organisation information while maintaining data integrity through diligent entry and management.
- Coordinate marketing activities including event planning and execution to enhance the company’s profile both internally and externally.
- Contribute to project work by supporting customer satisfaction programmes, ensuring CRM data accuracy, and assisting with strategic planning initiatives as required.
- Foster positive relationships across all levels of the business by engaging collaboratively with colleagues in a manner that promotes teamwork and shared success.
- Support the implementation of process improvements within office operations to drive efficiency and enhance service delivery for internal clients.
