Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently warm, professional, and memorable front-of-house experience.
- Manage meeting rooms end-to-end, ensuring flawless bookings, presentation, and readiness.
- Coordinate catering and liaise with suppliers to execute meetings and events to a high standard.
- Support the planning and delivery of internal events and office activations.
- Maintain immaculate communal spaces, including meeting rooms, kitchens, and refreshment areas.
- Oversee stock management with precision, ensuring spaces are always well-equipped and compliant.
- Process purchase orders and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support while collaborating seamlessly across teams.
About You
- Proven experience in a front-of-house, reception, or administrative role.
- A natural relationship builder with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and presentation.
- Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable navigating digital platforms.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to step in and support others.
