This is an exciting opportunity to work for a Non- For-Profit organisation as Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous office management experience and strong administration skills. - Provide administration support including distributing general correspondence, presentations and reports for the office
- Oversee the facilities maintenance, order supplies and support the team
- Track invoices, process payments and monthly expenses
- Ensure that the front reception is maintained
- Organise office events and ensure the implement work health and safety
- Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in an office administration role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Great time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
