- Supporting MD with diary and travel management
- Assisting in the preparation of board meetings, reports and presentations
- Supporting National HR team with recruitment
- Liaising with building management & cleaners
- Coordinating corporate and social events
- Responsible for OH&S requirements
- Previous EA or Office Manager experience.
- HR or recruitment experience
- Construction or Real Estate Services industry experience is desirable
- Team player, mature and approachable
- Advanced MS Word & PowerPoint skills and Intermediate Excel
- Strong coordination skills
