The Administration Manager is a pivotal role reporting to the General Manager whereby you will perform the following duties and be responsible for:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process orders
- Assist with quotations
- Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Follow up on stock availability
- General ad-hoc tasks
- Data entry and administration
Required Skills and Attributes:
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Proven experience in a similar role managing all administration
- Exceptional ability to prioritise
- Must be organised
- Exceptional customer service ability
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a team environment
