This Customer Experience Manager position is a new and amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to join an innovative new social enterprise. They are currently selling beverages and growing quickly into an array of new areas.
This Customer Experience Manager position is not your black and white position. Our client is looking for someone who can make this role their own and work hard to develop new accounts and support the team in everything they need. The role is a cross between an office all rounder with some sales administration.
Our client wants someone who is well presented, great communication skills, personable and is looking to work in a growing family organisation.
This Customer Experience Manager position can either be a full time position or a part time role with flexible working hours to maybe suit a parent returning to work. Their head office is based in Carrum Downs where this person can be based or if they prefer there is the opportunity to work from home.
Looking for candidates that have come from either a sales background or a customer/client facing office support role.
The main duties of this position is to develop a target client list and support all the staff with everything they do and support the Founder and CEO to make sure they are organised for all meetings and making sure they have left on time and have everything they need.
