Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operations of a dynamic office environment, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing relationships with stakeholders to assisting and supporting subcontractors and implementing office policies. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent support to all team members, as well as a keen eye for detail in managing office systems and procedures.

What you'll do:
As an Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our client's office.
This will include:

  • Organisation of the office day to day operations
  • Developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Manage directors' schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • End to end project management
  • Evaluate and manage staff performance as well as recruit and onboard new staff
  • Manage customer enquiries and complaints

What you bring:
The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in office management or similar administrative roles, including:

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively amidst a busy work environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to analyse projects and provide insightful reviews to management
  • Demonstrated ability in coaching and guiding staff towards top performance
