Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high performing team delivering efficient and confidential support services.
  • You will establish strategic relationships across the agency, ensuring cohesive and connected work within ICT Services.
  • Deliver expert advice and support to the senior management team.
  • Coordinate risk and assurance functions related to divisional business activities.
  • Lead critical workforce management processes for the division.
  • Develop positive partnerships and collaborative working relationships across all sections.
  • Proactively maintain a safe and healthy working environment.


Key requirements:

  • High level interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive Office Management experience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Experience in leading administrative, financial, HR and business support services.
  • Experience providing advice to executive levels and senior management.
  • Knowledge of government policy, agency procedures and practices.
  • Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive work environment
