Office Manager
The Office manager plays a key part in managing two small to medium size offices in Victoria, only 10 minutes apart from each other. You will play a vital part in supporting day to day running of administration & accounts for both offices. You will work within a dynamic, friendly and supportive environment whilst also supervising 2-4 members of staff.
What you'll do:
- Support day to day running of both offices, one business unit
- Office maintenance, including ordering stock, ensuring cleanliness at all times
- Support the Finance & HR needs across the business unit
- Prepare financial management reports, track financial performance
- Propose and support the implementation of suitable changes across the office and unit
- Supervise 2-4 members of staff
What you bring:
- Experience in an office support capacity
- Ability to use financial software. MRP or ERP software (desirable) especially SAGE or SAP
- Experience in supporting with Finance and HR
- Must be available at short notice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative
