Located in the Gold Coast, this is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a fast-growing, well-known brand. This individual will have demonstrated Executive Assistant experience at C-Suite level.
• Executive support for the Executive Director and administration support for the management team
• Preparation of meeting materials and presentations
• Attend, coordinate and minute meetings
• Book travel and accommodation
• Extensive diary and inbox management
• Demonstrated Executive Assistant experience at C-Suite level
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to prioritise and take initiative
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills are highly desirable
