Fantastic Temp - Permanent opportunity has become available for an experienced Conference Coordinator to manage 4 International Conferences end-end! You will manage end-end International Conferences with the opportunity to grow and develop this area!
This is an incredible Temp - Permanent opportunity that is available immediately in Sydney CBD.
You will manage International conferences across London and Australia.
This position is to start ASAP in a temporary role with the view to go permanent very quickly!
Amazing office hours; 9am - 5pm
Currently 4 International Conferences a year which is looking to expand across various industries.
Some of your duties, but not limited to;
- Conference organising; speakers, vendors, managing venues, managing guest lists
- Organising flights, accommodation and transport internationally
- Project Coordination
- Collecting Bio's
- Communication with Senior Executives
- Using InDesign & Salesforce
- Conference Coordination experience is a MUST, 2+ years ideally
- Events and Executive Assistant / Team Assistant experience considered
- Experience with InDesign
