Fantastic opportunity to join a leading financial organisation in the heart of Sydney CBD. This Team Assistant role will be supporting 5 senior managers on a 6 month fixed-term contract basis.
- Diary Management for 5 senior managers
- Some event coordination
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Screen all direct communication including telephone calls and emails
- Expense management
- Other ad hoc administration tasks
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a team assistant role
- Experience management multiple diaries
- High level of communication written and verbal
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to work autonomously but also part of a team
This is a full time role. Candidates on working holiday visa's may be considered.
