The company: This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Executive Assistant and will be supporting the CEO wit EA duties and events management and business administration. Would suit a dynamic Executive Assistant who is seeking a challenge and diversity in their role, who wants to work for a boutique leading management and strategy consultancy. Creative and innovative team and an authentic and high performing environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Classic EA – meetings, calendar, travel, emails - drafting and management, creating and reviewing documentation, managing expenses, filing, setting up business regular internal meetings, CEO’s personal matters,
Sales support - meetings, sales tasks management for CEO, sales pipeline admin support, CRM database input and management (Salesforce), client and target prospects company research, proposal support, monitoring key clients and targets in the media, planning and admin of sales visits to capital cities, prospects briefing docs
Business admin - office management, company events, celebrations, induction management, recruitment,
IT admin of systems (website, email – Office 365), organise and manage internal training events, handle external conference attendance, strategy and business documents, advisory Board management, memberships and associations
Marketing and events - end of year events, special company events - finding and setting up, speaking engagements, marketing collateral, competitors, mail outs, testimonials, track key events on the corporate calendar related to Financial Review, AICD, global speakers in town,
Website and social media - LinkedIn, website management and update
Exec coaching clients – manage a portfolio of the CEOs Exec Coaching clients: management of delivery timelines, documents, equipment and materials, coordination with consultants re design and timelines Support for Projects area, delivery of consulting assignments
