Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to work for a global investment bank in a 12 month maternity leave contract. Working with a great team of EA's this role will support a team of investment bankers and assist with project work when required.
- Extensive diary management
- Coordination of internal and external meetings, calls and video conferences
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Managing and coordinating expenses
- Assist with the organisation of events
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Other general administration tasks
Key Skills and Experiences:
- A minimum of 5 years corporate experience
- Experience working within investment banking or finance is desirable
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication written and verbal
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
- Team player
This is a 12 month contract, therefore unfortunately candidates on Working Holiday Visa's will not be considered. This is a full-time position working for a fantastic well-known organisation with a great "team orientated" culture.
