Fantastic opportunity to join a Global Investment Firm in a varied Team Assistant based in Sydney CBD. This is a great position for someone with administration and reception experience to step up into a team assistant role with exposure to different tasks and the chance to learn new skills.
- PA support to the COO and members of the team
- Diary management and meeting coordination
- Occasional reception duties
- Switchboard management
- Meeting room bookings
- Courier management
- Organising of events
- Office management duties
- Ad hoc administration support
- Experience working in financial services is desirable
- A minimum of 3 years working with in a corporate environment
- Experience working in administration/team assistant role
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
This is a 6 month contract with the view to go permanent for the right candidate. Candidates must have full working rights, unfortunately candidates on working holiday visas will not be able to apply.
