Our client is a global investment management firm, seeking a proactive and motivated Team Assistant to provide administrative and sales & marketing support to the Head of Marketing and the wider team.
This role is perfect for a self-starter, who is looking to dive into a diverse role that goes beyond day-to-day administrative support, and get involved in coordinating events and conferences, assisting with promotional materials/merchandise/corporate branded stationary and updating presentations for client meetings
On top of this, you will assist with tasks, such as diary management, travel coordination, expense management and meeting coordination.
