Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive C-Suite Executive Assistant to support their Chief Risk Officer.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, working in a fast-paced environment where your contribution will leave a significant imprint. You will work closely with senior leaders across the organisation, optimising ways of working and facilitating solutions to problems. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and pays continuous attention to detail.

What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the office. Your responsibilities will include managing various administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling travel arrangements. You will also be involved in recruitment processes, from onboarding new team members to facilitating their exit when necessary. A key aspect of your role will be maintaining a high level of trust and confidentiality at all times. Your ability to build great relationships within the leadership groups and across the broader business will be crucial in facilitating solutions to problems and lifting the productivity and quality of team outcomes.

  • Coordinate the office of the Chief Risk Officer
  • Manage the timely preparation, collation and distribution of reports and presentations
  • Prepare meeting agendas and papers, recording minutes where required
  • Support completion of executive accountability action items
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of the team
  • Establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidentiality


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant position brings a wealth of experience from senior executive support roles. You are comfortable supporting teams across multiple locations and time zones, demonstrating your adaptability and strong organisational skills. Your proficiency in applications such as SharePoint, OneNote, Teams, WebEx, Confluence or equivalent sets you apart. With excellent computer literacy and advanced Microsoft Office skills, you are able to efficiently handle various administrative tasks. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Minimum 10 years in appropriately senior executive support roles
  • Experience supporting teams across multiple locations and time zones
  • Proficiency in applications such as SharePoint, OneNote, Teams, WebEx, Confluence or equivalent
  • Excellent computer literacy and Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
