An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and experienced Personal Assistant to join a leading construction company in Australia. This role offers the chance to utilise your exceptional administrative skills in a fast-paced environment, providing support to a Senior Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for diverse secretarial duties, managing office operations, and ensuring effective communication within the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in their next role.

What you'll do:
As a Personal Assistant you will play an integral role in supporting our Senior Manager. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting clients, monitoring incoming communications, preparing reports, assisting with data management tasks, coordinating appointments, managing office resources and organising necessary maintenance. You will also be responsible for maintaining an efficient work space by managing seating plans and car parking allocations. Your ability to manage assets such as computers, mobile phones and access cards will be crucial in this role.

  • Support Senior Manager with diary management and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate appointment times for the Senior Managers
  • Monitor incoming telephone calls, mail, and other materials, dispatching them as required
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly corporate reports
  • Minute taking during meetings
  • Assist in data collation, formatting, updating, and filing
  • Manage office seating plans & car parking allocation as required
  • Administer and support asset management including computers, mobile phones, access cards and other office equipment
  • Organise office maintenance and repairs as required

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Personal Assistant position brings experience from previous roles as a Personal Assistant. You are capable of working independently while providing technical guidance on planning, organising and prioritising activities. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be key in this role.

  • 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to work without supervision while providing technical guidance on planning, organising, prioritising activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
