About the role
As a Personal Assistant and Business Support Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. This includes managing their schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling confidential documents with utmost discretion, and acting as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders. You will also oversee the administration of HR and Training records, facilities, and other records management areas. Your role will extend to providing administrative support to the leadership team when required. You will undertake research projects, compile information, summarise findings, and prepare detailed reports.
Skills and background:
- Experience in a similar role managing a busy executive along with demonstrated experience supporting multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- You possess expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; showcasing your ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
- Your strong verbal and written communication skills complement your exceptional organisational skills which are marked by an impeccable attention to detail.
- You exhibit a high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people including senior executives, staff and community leaders.
- Your ability to make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time is crucial in this role.
- Furthermore, you have the ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
