Executive Assistant

Our client is seeking a highly competent and organised Executive Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to provide extensive administrative support to a team of senior investment bankers. The role offers full training and ongoing support, with the expectation that you will quickly become self-sufficient. You will be part of a small team of assistants supporting various bankers in the Melbourne office. * 12-month contract * Early/Mid April start * Work for a highly reputable organisation

What you'll do:

  • Diary management and managing mailbox
  • Organise meetings with client EA's; internal meetings, video conferences, including across time zones and GS global offices
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Organise client lunches, dinners; work with Events Manager and bankers to invite clients to events
  • Process expense reports for team
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks while maintaining work flow
  • Provide coverage for EA colleagues during breaks and holidays

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role brings significant corporate experience, ideally within the financial services industry. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to interact effectively at all levels both internally and externally.

  • Significant Executive Assistant experience, ideally within Financial Services
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, punctual, reliable and a team player
