Team Assistant

As a key member of the Investment Banking division you will provide administrative and operational support ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
What you'll do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including expenses, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication at all times.
- Manage expense reporting and invoice processing in line with company policies.
- Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and team activities.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What you'll bring:
- Recent experience in an Administrative or Team Assistant role, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
