This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading global investment bank as a Team Assistant, dedicated to delivering innovative financial solutions and exceptional client service. As a key member of the Investment Banking division you will provide administrative and operational support ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.

What you'll do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including expenses, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication at all times.
  • Manage expense reporting and invoice processing in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and team activities.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you'll bring:

  • Recent experience in an Administrative or Team Assistant role, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
