Executive Assistant

A pivotal Executive Assistant role embedded at the heart of divisional leadership, partnering closely with Executive General Managers to enable high-performing executive operations. You will bring structure, foresight, and discretion to complex diary management, travel coordination, and the delivery of polished reports and presentations. Ideal for a proactive, detail-driven professional who thrives in an inclusive, flexible, and forward-thinking environment where trust and impact matter.

What you’ll be doing
As a trusted Executive Assistant, you will sit at the centre of executive operations, enabling divisional leaders to operate with clarity and confidence. You’ll bring structure, foresight, and professionalism to a fast-paced environment where precision and discretion are essential.

  • Proactively manage complex executive diaries, priorities, and competing demands

  • Coordinate high-level meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking

  • Oversee seamless domestic and international travel arrangements

  • Prepare polished correspondence, reports, presentations, and executive briefings

  • Act as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders

  • Manage expenses, procurement processes, and approvals with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Support leadership forums, events, onboarding, and strategic initiatives end to end

What we’re looking for
We are seeking a highly capable and dependable Executive Assistant who partners seamlessly with senior leaders. You combine strong judgement with emotional intelligence and a proactive mindset.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders

  • Exceptional organisational capability with the ability to manage complexity

  • Meticulous attention to detail and consistently high standards of output

  • Confident, clear communicator with the ability to influence across all levels

  • Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with sound judgement under pressure

  • Collaborative, adaptable professional who thrives in inclusive, high-performing environments
